I call myself a Pilates girl but it’s honestly a recent development. To call myself an athletic person is a stretch. What is Sweaty Studios?
Sweaty Studios is an online Pilates studio created by Callie Jardine, a former competitive figure skater who is a certified barre and Pilates instructor, and holistic health coach. Callie fully stresses the power of listening to your body before, during, and after your workouts to ensure physical AND mental results. She has created her own style of Pilates that mixes powerful affirmations with low-impact movement. You truly walk away feeling empowered through her workouts, which can last anywhere from 5 to 45 minutes, making it easy to fit into any schedule.
There are a variety of movements in Sweaty Studios including barre style exercises, mat Pilates, recovery routines, and even strength training. The best part about the workouts is that they require almost no equipment. It’s always optional if you want to add on anything to your body weight workouts; you can add 1-2 pound ankle weights/dumbbells. If you’re doing a strength training workout you’ll typically work with 10-15 pound weights. She specifies if any equipment is needed for each exercise and even has modifications in case you don’t have any available, making it doable for anyone.

Not only do I gift myself with working out on the daily, but my mindset in general has become more positive. I truly cultivate a life full of love, kindness, and forgiveness thanks to my time with Callie everyday.
